Isioni Pension
With love respect to the history of Nafplio, we created Pension Isioni. A beautiful 19th century mansion restored to provide a nostalgic atmosphere for those who appreciate authenticity. In our pension time stops. Soft colors, aged wood mansion beds and a lovely view of the imposing castle of Nafplio create a special shelter that meets the requirements for a comfortable stay. The 10 spacious rooms one can take notice of the 4 lofts. Large individual rooms that can accommodate a family or a few friends. All year, especially in winter with the fireplace you can take your breakfast in the specially designed room / living room.
And for those wondering ... The Isioni appears in several versions in Greek mythology. We chose the one we liked most: She was the beautiful wife of the sea god Nafplio, which gave its name to the city, and mother of Bonito, the tillers and Nafsimedonta.
